Job description:

To be fully responsible for running the in-house Laundry and also to provide cover for the kitchen on weekends and when required.

To ensure that the Residents laundry needs are met in a way that promotes their dignity, privacy, safety, and independence.

Skills

To establish and maintain good relationships with residents relatives and friends, the local community and other people who have dealings with the home.
Participate in all staff meetings.
To ensure that time sheets are completed promptly and accurately and that any other administrative matters are dealt with effectively.
To maintain the security and confidentially of records relating to the service the home provides.
To ensure that you adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures.
To ensure wastage does not occur by using resources effectively in the provision of the resident’s laundry needs.
