Ambience Recruitment has expanded its services in to the Commercial, Hospitality and Catering sector and are looking for a Recruitment Manager/Partner to work in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and London area. This is a HOT desk and as the Recruitment Manager you will be making money on this desk from day one!

So you do not have to be already in Commercial Recruitment, however this would be a huge advantage and especially if you have solid local area knowledge as even though the desk is HOT, local area knowledge is always great when placing candidates. This is a Recruitment Manager role and therefore please be aware it is a 360 role with sales, however it is a very soft sell and would suit someone who is more marketing candidate focused. There will also be team management responsibilities too from managing budgets to recruiting and increasing the current team. The MD of this organisation offers vast experience and is an incredibly structured, motivational and professional leader. This position will report directly to the MD who will offer absolute assistance towards strategy but will ultimately trust you to manage your diary.

What can you bring?
