Job description

​

We are seeking an experienced 360 Degree Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Slough Branch in the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and closing placements. You will work with clients across a range of industries, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication and engagement

• Identify, source and register candidates using various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media and networking

• Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
