Job Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant in Slough, focused on bringing in new clients within the education sector. You’ll identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and understand their recruitment needs. By sourcing and placing top talent, you'll deliver tailored staffing solutions and drive business growth. This is a great opportunity for a proactive, results-driven professional to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients in the education sector, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to expand the business and offer customized recruitment services.

• Deliver exceptional client service by ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process that aligns with clients’ needs and expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven record in business development and client relationship management, with a track record of driving growth and expanding client portfolios.

• Strong ability to identify and engage new clients, with a demonstrated ability to meet business development targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships and engage clients effectively.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and recruitment projects simultaneously.

• Driven individual

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

• Commission structure with potential earnings between £30,000 to £40,000 per year, based on performance.

On-site position based in Slough.
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
