Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to support our recruitment operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

    ✅ Handling phone and email inquiries professionally
    ✅ Managing candidate documentation and compliance checks
    ✅ Updating and maintaining recruitment databases
    ✅ Assisting with scheduling interviews and onboarding processes
    ✅ Supporting the team with general administrative tasks

Requirements:

🔹 Strong organizational and multitasking skills

🔹 Good communication and customer service abilities

🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

🔹 Previous administrative experience (preferred but not essential)
