About Us:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bid Writer to join our growing team, supporting our efforts to secure contracts with public sector organisations including the NHS, local councils, and government frameworks.



This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong writing skills and a passion for structured, persuasive communication. You will play a key role in helping us win new business in both the healthcare and education recruitment sectors.

Job Description:

Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum

28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

Key Responsibilities:

    Write and develop high-quality, well-structured responses to tenders, PQQs, and ITTs

    Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical and operational information

    Tailor responses to meet the specific needs and evaluation criteria of each opportunity

    Ensure all submissions are compliant, compelling, and delivered on time

    Maintain and update the content library for future bids

    Research potential bid opportunities and assist with bid planning

Requirements:

Excellent written English and attention to detail

Strong organisation and time management skills

Some experience with public sector bidding or proposal writing (preferred, not essential)

Ability to understand technical information and translate it into accessible content

Competence in MS Word, Excel, and formatting documents professionally

Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn
