You’ll support individuals in their own homes or within our care community — providing comfort, compassion, and professional care. From assisting with daily routines to administering medication and offering companionship, your kindness will help clients live their best lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- 🧼 Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks
💊 Administer and prompt prescribed medication safely and accurately
🚶 Assist with mobility and personal hygiene needs
Offer companionship and emotional support
📝Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the care team
Requirements:
💖 A kind, reliable, and compassionate nature
🗣️ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
🩺 Previous care experience in the UK.
📘 Willingness to undertake training and development
🚗 A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred, not required)
