Are you an experienced, compassionate care professional who is dedicated to supporting others and leading by example? Join our committed care team in as a Senior Healthcare Assistant, and help deliver exceptional care that truly makes a difference.
As a Senior HCA, you will provide high-quality care to individuals in their own homes or within our care community. You will support daily routines, administer medication confidently, guide junior staff, and ensure the highest standards of safety, dignity, and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
- 🧼 Provide high-quality personal care and support with daily living
💊 Administer and prompt prescribed medication using eMAR Camascope safely and accurately
👥 Lead and mentor Healthcare Assistants, offering guidance and support
🚶 Assist with mobility, personal hygiene, and wellbeing needs
💬 Offer companionship and emotional support
📝 Maintain accurate care records and ensure effective communication within the team
🔍 Ensure care plans are followed and updated as needed
